Rhodes, a Chester, NJ-resident, will lead 81 Rotary Clubs with more than 1,900 Club members in nine New Jersey counties from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. She was installed, along with other District Officers at a dinner held at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park. 
"Wow, I can't believe this day is here," said Rhodes, the youngest ever Governor elected to serve District 7475. "And, with over 175 of my fellow Rotarians, Lioness Club members, Park Avenue Club Friends and family members. This is great. Thank you everyone for coming out tonight. It really means so much to me. Thank you."
Rhodes is one of 535 District Governors in the Rotary International service organization network of more than 35,000 local clubs in 200 countries representing 1.2 million members (called Rotarians). She will focus her term on membership growth, training and organization development and raising money for The Rotary Foundation.
Rhodes is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana with a Bachelor of Arts degree and also earned an MBA in Marketing from the Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ. She's a NJ and FL licensed real estate broker salesperson and host numerous professional licenses and certifications. She’s a Graduate and Faculty member of Rotary Leadership Institute, a Paul Harris Fellow and Arch Klumph Society Member. Rhodes also sits on the Fulton Bank Advisory Board as well as the Morris County Woman’s Advisory Committee.
