Skylands Rotary Club’s membership growth momentum continues with the induction of Stephanie Kingsbury, Patricia “Patty” Zdichocki, and Sheri Sanchez.
Kingsbury, Zdichocki and Sanchez were inducted at the Skylands Rotary Club meeting on June 7 which was held at Ron’s Landmark in Netcong.
Kingbury, a Hackettstown resident, is the business manager of The Growing Stage in Netcong. Zdichocki, a Stanhope resident, is the Mayor of Stanhope Borough. And, Sanchez, of the Landing section of Roxbury Township, works in sales administration at Tony Sanchez Ltd. The new members were sponsored for membership into the Club by Robert “Bob” Hathaway and Jacqueline “Jackie” Cinotti. Past Club President Shelby Rhodes, who is also the Rotary International District Governor Elect, inducted the members.
“Our Club is proud to call these three individuals members,” said Hathaway, who serves as the Club’s Vice President and Membership Chairperson. “The Skylands Rotary Club is experiencing a rapid growth phase and that’s no surprise to me.”
Hathaway said the Club’s service and philanthropic projects are noteworthy in the communities of Netcong, Stanhope, Byram and Mt Olive. He highlighted the Netcong Emergency Food Pantry and The Dictionary Project as well as $500 awards to 8th graders and $2,500 scholarships to graduating seniors in local high schools.
